These terms cover engagements booked through zenpaiproduction.com, whether for videography/media production or AI automation consulting, both operated by Zenpai Production LLC (Andrès Blake, solo operator, Atlanta, GA).
Zenpai is a one-person studio. This means direct, hands-on work from Andrès on every engagement — and it means capacity is finite. Scope and timelines are set realistically upfront rather than promising more than one person can deliver. If you have concerns about continuity for a longer engagement (e.g. a multi-month retainer), raise it during scoping — options like documented handoff materials or a defined pause/exit process can be built into the agreement.
If a fixed-price engagement (like the AI Quick Win) doesn't deliver what was agreed in the original scope, contact us to resolve it — refund eligibility for that specific offer is stated where it's advertised. For larger custom projects, refund terms are set in the individual agreement.
We'll sign a mutual NDA on request before any engagement that involves access to your internal tools, data, or workflows. Absent a signed NDA, treat project discussions as confidential in good faith on both sides.
We don't guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g. "X% more leads") as a condition of payment unless that's explicitly written into a project's agreement — AI systems and creative work both depend on real-world factors outside our control. We're upfront about this before you book.
