Zenpai Production LLC ("Zenpai," "we," "us") is a solo-operated studio run by Andrès Blake, providing videography/media production and AI automation consulting services. This page explains what information we collect, why, and how it's handled.
Information you submit is used solely to respond to your inquiry, scope and deliver the work you've hired us for, process payment, and maintain your account if you have one. We do not use client data to train AI models, and we do not share client project details publicly without explicit permission (case studies are written with consent or use only Zenpai's own internal projects).
If you engage Zenpai for AI automation/consulting work, any business data, workflows, or systems you share for scoping or implementation are used only for that engagement. We don't retain copies beyond what's needed to deliver and support the work, and we don't reuse your specific data or workflows for other clients. If your engagement has particular confidentiality needs (e.g. legal or financial data), raise it before booking — scope and handling can be agreed upfront.
Booking form submissions and project files are retained for the duration of an active engagement plus a reasonable period after for support purposes, then deleted on request. Email us at [email protected] to request deletion of your data at any time.
